Red Hook Passenger Ferry

The primary passenger ferry from St. Thomas to St. John, with daily departures every hour year-round.

  • Child: $1.00 | Infant: Free

Charlotte Amalie Ferry

Seasonal service (Nov- May) between Cruz Bay and Charlotte Amalie.  3 departures daily.

Time: Approximately 45 minutes

 

1-Way Fare Prices:

  • Adult: $12.00 | Adult Non-Resident: $13.00

  • VI Senior Citizen: $6.00

  • Child: $3.50 | Infant: Free

  • Bag Fee: $4.00 each

Last Mile Water Taxi

Traveling with a group?  Last Mile Water Taxi provides convenient, private transportation for up to 12 people to and from St. Thomas.  Pick-up and drop-off options at three different St. Thomas locations, including Crown Bay Marina near St. Thomas's Cyril E. King Airport.

Ferries to the British Virgin Islands

Ferries to Road Town and the West End of Tortola are available daily from the Red Hook Ferry Terminal.  To ride,  you'll first need take the passenger ferry from Cruz Bay to Red Hook.

​

The ferry makes a stop in St. John for Customs clearance on its return.  Passengers do not have to continue to Red Hook if they're staying on St. John.
