Led by Captain Arthur Jones, who has more than 25 years of fly fishing experience in Virgin Islands waters, this trip is designed for anglers who want a more hands-on fishing challenge. Guests target species such as bonefish, tarpon, snook, barracuda, jacks, and occasionally sharks depending on season and conditions. Full-day trips create more opportunities to target multiple species, especially bonefish and tarpon in the same outing.

Charters are run aboard a shallow-draft 20-foot Jones Brothers skiff built specifically for flats fishing. The smaller boat allows access to quiet backwater areas, mangrove shorelines, and skinny-water flats where larger boats cannot go. All rods, reels, flies, tackle, bottled water, ice, and fuel are included. Guests only need sun protection, polarized sunglasses, and ideally solid casting skills before arrival.

This trip is ideal for anglers who enjoy active casting, reading water, spotting fish, and refining technique rather than trolling offshore.
