Activity Details
The Best of the British Virgin Islands tour is an 8 hour day that hits several of the BVI’s most famous stops. The trip begins in Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda where everyone clears customs. All guests must have a valid passport, and copies of passport photo pages must be emailed at least 72 hours before departure. This keeps the group pre cleared and avoids long delays.
Once cleared, the boat heads to The Baths. This is a unique natural area made of giant granite boulders, narrow walk through grottos, and bright pools of shallow water. The crew will help guide you on a short swim to shore when conditions allow. If you are not a strong swimmer, the crew is there to help and flotation is always provided.
After exploring The Baths, the boat continues toward Norman Island for snorkeling. The captain chooses between The Caves, The Indians, or the Aquarium based on the day’s water conditions. Norman Island sits at the heart of the stories that inspired Treasure Island, and it has some of the best boat only snorkeling in the region. The crew will help you get comfortable in the water, point out fish and coral, and make sure everyone stays safe.
The last stop of the day is White Bay on Jost Van Dyke, home of the Soggy Dollar Bar. You will have time to grab lunch at one of the beach spots, walk the shoreline, and enjoy one of the most loved beaches in the Caribbean. It is a relaxed final stop to wrap up the day before heading back to St. John.
This trip requires a minimum of 15 guests to run. It is ideal for families, small groups, and anyone who wants a simple, well rounded BVI adventure.
