Activity Details
Discover Scuba Diving with Low Key Watersports is a beginner-friendly, 3-4 hour half-day dive excursion that gives you a taste of the underwater world without needing a certification. It’s designed for people ages 10 and up who can swim, even if they’ve never dived before.
You begin with a brief intro, a video and a chat with your instructor to cover basic skills, safety, and how to use the gear (mask, regulator, buoyancy device, fins, tanks, etc.). Then you head out on a dive boat to two reef spots. On the first dive you stay close with your instructor while you learn the basic skills. On the second dive you explore under direct supervision, breathing underwater for real and swimming among coral, reef fish, and maybe even turtles.
Low Key Watersports is a full-service PADI five-star dive center, so you know the staff, boats, and safety procedures are top quality. It’s a great option for first-timers, families, or couples who want a safe, manageable dive experience without committing to a full certification course.
If you enjoy it, this Discover Scuba experience can also count toward a full dive certification course later. So it's a chance to try it out before you commit.
