Monarch Cottage

Welcome to Monarch Cottage - your freshly built (2024!), luxury cottage tucked into Fish Bay, St. John, where every room has a view of the Caribbean, and relaxation is the main agenda. This boutique 3-bedroom, 3-bath cottage is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or friends who want style, privacy, and resort-level amenities without the crowd. If you’re looking for a vacation rental in St. John or villa/cottage rentals for a short-term stay, Monarch delivers in spades.

Inside, sliding patio doors open to an Epi-deck overlooking a lap pool-spa area - swim, soak, or stretch out in the sun. The large windows let in trade-wind breezes, and every room includes air conditioning, smart TVs, a high-speed WiFi connection, and a whole Sonos sound system so your island soundtrack comes through loud and clear. A full kitchen means you can whip up meals with local produce or just enjoy coffee on the deck watching the waves.
