Villa Kia Orana

Villa Kia Orana is a renovated four-bedroom luxury retreat above Chocolate Hole on St. John, with sweeping Caribbean Sea views and room for up to 12 guests. Set on a quiet street just minutes from Cruz Bay, the villa combines a private pool, spacious gathering areas and four well-appointed suites for families and groups traveling together.

Renovated in 2024, the villa offers four primary-style suites with ensuite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers and limestone soaking tubs. A large great room brings together a chef-equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable living area. Outside, more than 120 feet of covered veranda makes it easy to enjoy the ocean views and island breezes.
